I’m excited to be presenting at the September meet-up of Social Media Club Austin at People Pattern HQ tomorrow, September 16th, at 6:30 PM.
Marketing has always been about spreading your brand message and uncovering new customers, previously through impersonal, broadcast tactics. With the uprise of social and the advent of social media management platforms, global brands have been afforded the ability to listen and respond at scale. It’s now time to get smart about how we listen and engage, and who we pour brand dollars into to reach critical mass.
I’ll be talking about the opportunities that lie in social behavioral data, and the benefits of uncovering our audience’s behaviors to unlock the how, why, what and who of our customers and prospects. I’ll discuss how we can begin to utilize those findings to interact with and nurture our existing customers, advocates and influencers, and subsequently grow all three.
